Every day, we create beautiful first portraits while delivering a warm, stress-free experience for new families. Professional camera equipment, paid training, and ongoing support are all provided, so you can focus on creating an exceptional experience for every family. Pay & Schedule Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour base pay, plus 20% commission on sales and voluntary tips from appreciative families. Average total earnings: $20-$30 per hour, with top performers earning even more. We are looking for a candidate to cover Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday shifts, starting at 8:30am. Additional hours may be available at St. Mary Medical Center. Schedule: • Part-time, an average of 20-25 hours/week • Shifts begin at 8:30 AM. • Additional availability may be considered. About the Role As a Newborn Photographer, you'll work independently in our partnered hospital, capturing precious first moments and creating an exceptional experience for every family. This role combines photography, customer service, and sales in a rewarding environment where you can make a real difference for families during one of the most memorable times in their lives. What You'll Do • Photograph newborns and their families using professional equipment. • Create a warm, friendly, and memorable experience for every family. • Present photography packages and help families choose the option that's right for them. • Edit and submit images using company software. • Process orders and payments accurately. • Build positive relationships with hospital staff while representing WelcomeNewborn professionally.
