Motion Restore Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Jersey City, New Jersey. Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility is designed with patient comfort and recovery in mind, featuring a modern, welcoming atmosphere that encourages healing. You will be working onsite in Jersey City, NJ, from Monday to Friday, with a schedule from 2 PM to 8 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessments for patients under your care, determining their physical and therapeutic needs to develop effective and individualized care plans.
• Implement treatment protocols aimed at enhancing mobility and reducing pain, including techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as directed by physician guidelines.
• Monitor patient progress continuously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure each patient meets their recovery goals.
• Guide and educate patients and their families on therapy exercises, injury prevention strategies, and the optimal use of therapeutic devices, ensuring continuity of care even outside of therapy sessions.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately in electronic health records to ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Coordinate therapy services with other departments and healthcare providers, contributing to holistic patient care.
• Oversee assistants and aides within the team, ensuring efficient operations and quality care delivery for your patient caseload.

As a Physical Therapist at Motion Restore Therapy, you will be working with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and age-related ailments. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification; must obtain within the first 30 days of employment.

Preferred Experience

• While no prior experience is required, candidates with experience in outpatient orthopedic settings or acute rehabilitation will be given preference.

Compensation and Benefits
