Are you a motivated salesperson who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and closing business?

JP Guerrero Insurance Agency is looking for a Personal Lines Sales Producer to join our growing team. We are an independent Texas insurance agency representing multiple insurance carriers, which means you can offer customers options instead of trying to force everyone into one product.

You don't have to be an insurance expert to be successful here. We're willing to train the right salesperson on insurance. We are looking for someone who knows how to sell.

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

• Work new leads and actively develop your own prospects
• Make approximately 40 outbound prospecting calls per day
• Contact prospects by phone, text and email
• Prepare and present personal lines insurance quotes
• Follow up consistently and close new business
• Build relationships with customers and identify additional insurance needs
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in our agency management system
• Meet monthly sales and premium goals
• Develop into a strong, independent insurance producer

Insurance experience is a plus, but it is not required.

We would especially like to hear from successful salespeople with backgrounds in automotive sales, mortgage, real estate, telecommunications, home improvement, financial services, recruiting, or other commission-based sales.
