This is an excellent opportunity to provide evidence-based care, support preventive health, manage chronic conditions, and help patients achieve better health outcomes in a collaborative clinical environment.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based primary and family healthcare.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat common illnesses and health conditions.
• ❤️ Conduct routine examinations, health screenings, and preventive care.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate appropriate follow-up care.
• Collaborate with the clinical care team to improve patient outcomes.
• Handle patient appointments, documentation, inventory, and clinic operations.
• Assist with insurance verification and patient payments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care — REQUIRED.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) .
• Knowledge of chronic disease management and quality measurement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to practice autonomously and work effectively within a clinical care team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare technology.

️ Schedule & Work Requirements

• 32.5–40 hours per week.
• Weekday clinic hours: 8:30 AM–7:30 PM.
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.
• Sunday: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Every other weekend required, with possible holiday rotations.
• Potential on-call rotation.
• This is a safety-sensitive, patient-facing position.
