We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility. CNAs provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care to elderly and medically complex residents.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feedingTake and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respirationAssist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuriesObserve and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurseMaintain accurate documentation of care providedSupport residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needsProvide emotional support and maintain a respectful and compassionate environmentEnsure residents’ rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and organizedFollow infection control policies and safety proceduresAssist nursing staff with other duties as assignedActive Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the statePrevious experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting preferredAbility to lift, transfer, and assist residents as neededStrong communication and teamwork skillsCompassionate, patient-centered approach to carePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 poundsAbility to assist with resident transfers and repositioning #J-18808-Ljbffr Northwest Nursing Center
