Subcontracts Administrator

Responsibilities As a Subcontracts Administrator you will manage critical contract documents and bring contract management expertise to our Global Supply Chain team. Your role includes capturing, implementing, and managing a range of proposals and contracts for federal programs, touching every element of government acquisition from initial solicitation to final completion. You will review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide proposal strategy, and advise leadership on risk mitigation. As a trusted business partner you will negotiate and administer contracts with subcontractors and OEMs across various contract types, support onboarding and warranty subcontracts, and source suppliers within an approved government procurement system. U.S. citizenship is required for this role. Qualifications Experience in project coordination, supply chain, subcontracts, purchasing, logistics, or operations Experience working directly with suppliers and their sub‑tiers with product delivery Ability to work independently as a self‑starter Ability to collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders to drive procurement delivery High school diploma or GED required Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours weekly are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefits program. Work Model Remote – may require occasional in‑person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility. Hybrid – expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, with occasional customer visits. Onsite – primarily performs work at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
