Oferecendo uma assessoria personalizada, baseada no perfil investido, objetivos e momento de vida do nosso cliente. Com atendimento qualificado e ainda mais próximo, estão disponíveis onde você estiver. Aqui, Seu Papel Será Liderar seu grupo de trabalho composto por Assessores de Investimentos no direcionamento e abordagem comercial, sempre com a visão de geração de mais negócios e conformidade de suitability. Realizar reports de produtividade para a liderança. Assessorar os clientes de sua carteira no tema de Investimentos com base nas recomendações de Advisory, Análise de Perfil de Investidor, momento de vida e objetivos do cliente. Trabalhar na diversificação da carteira desses clientes, além de captação de novos recursos. Atuar como hunter de novos clientes investidores, indicando-os para abertura de conta com a agência ou meios digitais. Atuação in loco com os clientes de sua carteira, com visitas em agências Santander ou outros espaços de sua escolha (periodicidade de ao menos 3/4 períodos de visita na semana) e/ou eventos (ambos podem demandar viagens). Necessário Ter Capacidade de construir e manter relacionamentos comerciais Certificação C-pro I Ensino superior completo Você Vai Se Identificar Com a Gente Se Tiver ThinkCustomer – Penso no Cliente EmbraceChange – Impulsiono a mudança Act Now – Atuo com rapidez MoveTogether – Trabalho em equipe Speak Up – Falo abertamente
