Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Brand Product Marketing Specialist to support the execution of strategic, consumer-focused marketing initiatives within a fast-paced, product-driven environment. This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple projects across varying timelines while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage marketing initiatives across multiple campaigns and seasonal product cycles
• Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities while supporting broader strategic planning efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of marketing programs
• Manage competing priorities and timelines across concurrent projects and seasonal rotations
• Build and maintain strong internal relationships to drive alignment and results
• Analyze campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant marketing experience in a product-oriented, consumer-driven organization
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive desired outcomes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accountability
• Experience with team collaboration, customer relationship management, and campaign planning

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Word
