Duties may be modified or assigned as needed to meet business needs. **We are looking for compassionate Home Health Director if Regulatory and Quality with:**Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent professional credential/experience); Minimum of three (3) years of experience in home health or a comparable healthcare setting. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience. Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, collaborates effectively within a team and performance management, with the ability to develop and support high-performing teams.Strong ability to delegate effectively and empower team members, promoting accountability and a culture of ownership. Proven leadership with the ability to supervise staff and interact tactfully with teams and the community. Strong business and operational management knowledge. Demonstrates strong leadership, critical thinking, and sound decision-making skills.
