Responsibilities Role model BMS values (Integrity, Innovation, Urgency, Passion, Accountability, Inclusion). Partner with SVP CTDO and leadership to drive business performance and enterprise collaboration. Translate business strategy/organizational needs into org solutions (organizational design, inclusion & diversity, succession & talent management, culture change). Collaborate across HR operating model (COEs, People Services) to deliver value across the enterprise. Apply systems thinking plus data/metrics to drive business performance. Shape and lead change management to deliver organizational solutions, programs, and deliverables. Qualifications 15+ years HR experience (preferably multinational). Experience in innovation-driven companies; led introduction of new technologies or created new categories. College/university degree (advanced degree preferred). Competencies/Skills HR business partnering; build/lead global diverse HR teams. Change management expertise; anticipate and drive needed change. Senior leadership and matrix navigation; influence decisions and build alignment globally. Ability to work across multiple countries/cultures. Translate business strategy into people solutions (workforce planning, engagement, D&I, talent & succession).
