Junior Paid Media Specialist

Te integrarás a un equipo de expertos en marketing digital, trabajando codo a codo con profesionales de primer nivel. Tus responsabilidades incluirán: Diseño y gestión de campañas PPC en plataformas líderes como Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, y Meta, asegurando la máxima eficiencia y retorno de inversión. Optimización continua de campañas , tomando decisiones estratégicas basadas en los KPIs más relevantes. Monitoreo y análisis avanzado a través de Google Analytics, implementando píxeles de conversión y configurando eventos personalizados. Creación de audiencias segmentadas para ejecutar campañas de remarketing que realmente impacten. Análisis de resultados y experimentación , realizando pruebas A/B con herramientas como Google Optimize y Data Studio, en colaboración con nuestro equipo de producto. Elaboración de informes detallados y propuestas de mejora para asegurar el rendimiento óptimo de cada campaña. ¿Por qué PROEDUCA es el lugar ideal para ti? Experiencia : Mínimo 1,5 años gestionando campañas en Google Ads y Microsoft Ads. Expertise en Paid Social : Mínimo 1,5 años de experiencia en la gestión de campañas en Facebook Ads. Conocimiento avanzado de Excel : Para análisis y gestión de datos. Manejo básico de Google Analytics : Y un entendimiento de herramientas de visualización como Google Looker Studio o Power BI.
