Accounting Associate

Randstad client in Bristol has an immediate need for an Accounting Associate to assist with daily accounting funtions.  This is an entry level position for someone with exposure to general bookkeeping tasks such as A/P and reconciliations as well as answering the phone, assist with data entry, mail etc...  You will be mentored by a hands-on Accounting Manager.  This is an immediate temporary need with the anticipation that it will result into a perm position.  

salary: $22 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

bookkeeping including A/P, reconciliations, journal entries. 

Quickbooks Online, MS Office

answering phones, getting the mail etc.
