As a telemetry RN, the nurse will incorporate specific educational requirements and competencies related to cardiac patient care.Responsibilities\n \n Provide quality patient care utilizing the nursing process.\n Monitor and assess cardiac telemetry patients.\n Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.\n Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.\n Ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards.\n Be prepared to float to Med-Surg as needed.\n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n 1-2+ years of Telemetry or Stepdown nursing experience.\n Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.\n Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.\n Patient Ratio and Unit Information\n \n Patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:6.\n 30 beds in the telemetry unit.\n Scrub color: Navy blue.\n Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: Cerner.\n Why ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
