General Manager, Zoom Spaces

Leading the commercial strategy for Zoom Spaces, the full-time remote General Manager will manage P&L, define and execute growth initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance hybrid work solutions and AI-driven innovation. Key responsibilities: Owning the complete P&L for Zoom Spaces, including revenue, margin, and investment distribution Defining and executing commercial strategies to expand into new buyer centers and improve platform attachment initiatives Partnering with sales teams to develop enablement strategies and support strategic deployment initiatives Required qualifications: 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology with significant P&L management experience Proven track record in growing businesses in hybrid work and workplace technology sectors Expertise in hardware and AV ecosystems, including OEM partnerships and channel strategies Experience in commercializing AI or product-led growth strategies Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
