Compensation & Schedule Details

• Hours & Shift: 36 hours per week (12-hour Nights).
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Target Start Date: September 28, 2026 (Candidate must be in-state for the first week of orientation, even if initial modules are remote).
• Scheduling & On-Call: Weekend requirement is every other weekend . No holiday requirement, but call/standby applies per hospital policy.

Key Facility Policies & Unit Guidelines

• Radius Rule: Strict 60-mile radius restriction (Driver's License must be submitted with packet; traveler responsible for housing that accommodates location policies).
• Unit Overview & Acuity: 12-bed LDRP unit (~50–60 deliveries/month / ~1.5 births per day). Includes 1 on-unit OR suite for C-sections, 1 triage bed, and 1 surgical tech per shift.
• Floating & Dress Code: Floating required per hospital policy. Professional colors for scrubs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum LDRP experience required, including couplet care and the ability to circulate in the OR . Must be comfortable titrating pitocin.
• Licensure: Active Kansas (KS) RN license or compact state license.
• Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NRP required.
