Description

Responsible for creating a consistent quality product and culinary experience, while also providing exceptional customer service, presentation, and a clean and safe eating environment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30am - 1:30pm. 
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality food according to company recipes, menus, and portion standards.
• Demonstrate strong basic knife, production, and cooking skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while following all food safety standards.
• Manage time effectively and complete daily prep and production lists.
• Work independently on an assigned station while supporting the team where needed.
• Provide friendly, engaging customer service and anticipate customer needs.
• Build positive relationships with customers and create a welcoming experience.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and leadership.
• Follow direction, adapt to changing priorities, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Maintain a positive attitude and lead by example.
• Perform additional duties and assignments as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Working knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety.
• Basic knife and food production skills.
• Ability to follow recipes, written and verbal instructions, and food safety procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of proper food labeling, temperatures, FIFO, and sanitation practices.
• 1+ years of cooking experience preferred.
• ServSafe and Allergen Certification preferred.
• Culinary education or training preferred.
