Travel NP: Post-Acute Care, Flexible Schedule & Mentorship

Altea Healthcare is seeking a Certified NP to serve as a key clinical provider in skilled nursing facilities across Brookville and Liberty, IN. The role requires diagnosing, treating, and guiding patients with a patient-first approach while traveling between sites. Ideal candidates have geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care experience, strong communication, and be eligible for an NP license.
