We are looking for a Contents Cleaning Technician that primary focus will be responsible for cleaning and restoring contents and structures affected by fire, water, or mold damage.

What you'll do:

• Pack, inventory, and transport customer contents.

• Clean and restore contents damaged by fire, water, smoke, or other losses.

• Perform contents manipulation, pack-outs, storage, and pack-backs.

• Document and photograph contents as required.

• Operate cleaning equipment and follow company procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, or janitorial work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical work.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or overtime as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
