Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings required; must be comfortable treating primarily SNF patients with some acute care patients.
• Experience working within a full on-site therapy team and collaborating with an on-site Director.
• Demonstrated proficiency with common PT interventions and documentation standards for SNF/acute populations.
• Valid professional liability insurance if required by facility.
• Preferred: experience with mobility programs, fall prevention protocols, and skilled documentation for Medicare/Medicaid billing.

• Primary Specialty: Physical Therapist.
• Facility Type: Hospital serving SNF and some acute patients.
• Client note: PT/SNF-Acute primarily SNF, but some acute patients. Full team with on-site Director.
