We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide evidence-based care in a collaborative, patient-focused outpatient environment in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Why Hot Springs, AR? Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver skilled physical therapy services to improve pain, strength, and functional mobility. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Accurately document evaluations, daily notes, and progress updates in compliance with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines. Supervise and collaborate with PTAs, therapy technicians, and administrative staff. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe self-care techniques. Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-centered clinical environment. Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. 1–3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates welcome). Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills. Commitment to evidence-based care and measurable patient outcomes. Physical Demands: Lifting, pushing, pulling, and assisting patients with exercise and patient transfers. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently. May be exposed to infectious diseases, electricity, and strain from moving or supporting patients.
