Job Description
Manage and mentor a group of application developers, assign responsibilities, elaborate use cases, manage project schedules, and module targets. Screen, recruit, and train the required project staff or set of engineers. Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; and maintaining personal networks. Work with people such as system architect and stakeholders to develop business requirements and
write functional specifications and detailed design documents and prepare work order estimates. Translate business requirements to technical specifics and develop software architecture and design based on the client or company requirements. Develop applications using C#.Net, VB.Net, React.JS, SQL server technologies. Document the developed software and test run it before handing it over and maintain timelines of delivering the developed programs. Use applications, tools, and other resources to create codes and keep all information and codes confidential. Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Application development and system migration tasks such as planning migration of web applications and databases and also planning and executing application update deployments. Provide application-related level 2 tech support.
