Description


Flexible Schedule = 30 hours

Pay $12+ bonuses

This Telemarketing style position aligns with both Customer Service / Social Media functions.

Must be a creative individual to help develop, execute, and analyze social media initiatives, with a focus on the B2B sector.

Plan, create, and distribute content for the organization's social media accounts.

Contact, manage, and follow up with leads.

Assist on daily operations, marketing projects, and campaigns throughout the season including reporting, sponsored content tracking, creative updates and more.

Create written and visual/multimedia content for email, website, and social media platforms.

Edit copy, fact check, and proofread content

Initiate and maintain targeted public relations and marketing campaigns that promote the company's culture.

Stay up-to-date with trends on existing and emerging platforms.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements


Creative, energetic, and proactive approach to work.

High proficiency in Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, other emerging platforms.

Ability to give and receive constructive feedback

Familiar with CRM system

Agree with making outbound calls, receiving calls, and handling email interactions.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in photo editing and fundamental design tasks Video shooting and/or editing a plus.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Working towards or having already obtained a degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

1+ year of experience in social media, digital marketing, or web designing experience preferred.
