Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8D Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 0 years License: Active required, permanent license needed Certifications: Must have documentation pertaining to licensing Must-Have: Experience in setting Description: The candidate will be required to complete some documentation directly outside of the clearance packet before being cleared to start the assignment. Candidates must provide proof of license application within five business days of booking. It is essential to ensure that start dates align with license status at submission. If a candidate has worked perm/PRN within the last year, they should be redirected as they are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. If a candidate has previous work history as a traveler, please send their name and date of birth for eligibility verification. Additional information regarding equipment will be provided during the interview. Specific dress code guidelines will also be shared on the first day of work. This position has a normal level of urgency regarding filling the role.
