Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their needs and determine appropriate interventions.

• Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their unique goals and preferences are central to the process.

• Implementing evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, to foster client well-being and resilience.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on empowering individuals who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Our diverse clientele includes children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds, each with unique stories and needs. You will play an essential role in fostering their recovery and personal growth through compassionate care and therapeutic support.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LICSW license in the state of Washington.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, demonstrating your capability in providing effective therapeutic interventions.

• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Strong skills in communication and interpersonal relationships, essential for effective client interaction.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, enabling you to address complex client situations.

Preferred Experience\n

Our ideal candidate will have additional experience in school-based settings, participating in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and supporting students in overcoming challenges they face within their educational environment. Familiarity with telehealth practices is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
