Multifamily Loan Underwriter Analyst

Newmark is seeking a Loan Screening Analyst in Boston to support day-to-day financial, market, and underwriting analysis of multifamily loans. You will work with the Senior Credit team and Originators on structuring transactions and presenting loan packages to the credit committee. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac underwriting experience on large loans (about $10M average).
