Job Opportunity – Interventional Cardiologist – Arizona

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Alternating weekly rotation between hospital and clinic settings. Overtime available after scheduled shift hours.

Highlights:

• Join a collaborative Cardiovascular Institute providing critical STEMI and cardiology consultation services
• Perform 4-5 interventional procedures daily, including TEEs (1-2 per day) and hospital consults (8-14 per day)
• Clinic volume of 18-24 patients per day in a well-established patient population (60+ years)
• Comprehensive support staff including MAs, PCTs, nurses, and PA support
• Cerner EMR system with 4-hour remote training provided prior to start
• Ongoing coverage opportunity with 30-day credentialing timeframe

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Interventional Cardiology
• Active or in-process Arizona medical license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of interventional cardiology experience
• Recent case logs demonstrating consistent activity within the last 12 months
• COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis)
