You will follow a specific provider throughout your shifts. The clinics have roughly 4-5 exam rooms each. You will work with both adult and pediatric patients, focusing on allergy, immunology, and asthma/pulmonary issues, including food and seasonal allergies and drug allergies. The average daily census ranges from 16 to 24 patients. You will be part of a team that includes 4 providers and 3-4 registered nurses per clinic each day. Patient service representatives will support front desk operations. Management will be available daily through communication tools while floating through each clinic. Experience with EMR is preferred but not required. You may be expected to float to other clinics based on needs. Daily schedules do not require weekend rotations and there is no call expectation. Up to 5 days of requested time off can be approved. Scrub colors are flexible. Free parking is offered in designated employee areas.
