Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient orthopedic internship or experience

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment
• Schedule is flexible Monday through Friday
• Shift pattern: 5x8
