Architect (Healthcare Market Leader)

As a seasoned architect, you'll lead marketing efforts for the emerging national healthcare market. Beyond your design responsibilities, you'll serve as a mentor within the office, helping nurture the team's growth. This dual focus on client relationships and market expansion offers a unique opportunity to influence both our projects and our practice at a fundamentallevel. Essential Job Functions Market strategy coordination with Studio Leader and StudioManager. Research relevant topics and trends in the healthcaremarket. Identify, develop and maintain RDG clients and strategic consultant teamrelationships. Identify, pursue and secure project work in market to fulfill annual revenuegoals. Lead development of marketing material pertinent to proposals andpursuits. Develop annual revenue goal and expense budget associated with pursuit of revenue goal annually with StudioLeader. Skills & Strengths Possess strong leadership, written and verbal skills to instill confidence and trust in our clients andteam. Serve as a resource for our healthcare team, helping to grow RDG's brand and marketshare. Critical thinking collaborator with excellent soft skills, relationship and executingstrengths. Sound design communication and presentationskills. Demonstrated history of building long-term relationships with team members andclients. Able to develop successful strategies for helping to secure and executework. Education & Experience 15+ years of professional work experience with 10+ years of healthcare-specificfocus. Licensed architect or the ability to acquire certification and licensurerequired. Knowledge in Healthcare specific code requirements and FGIguidelines. Demonstrated leadershipexperience Past project management experience in planning and developing projects from the conceptual design phase through constructiondocumentation.
