Schedule:   M-F (8:00 am-5:00 pm)
Pay Rate: $40.00 - $50.00 per hr. +OT- DOE 
Location:  Boise, ID
Travel: Local
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical authority on semiconductor facility construction, including cleanrooms and high-purity systems.
• Provide strategic guidance and industry best practices to define and standardize construction business processes.
• Partner with design, engineering, and project teams to optimize workflows and resolve technical challenges.
• Collaborate with technical writers/trainers to document, review, and secure approval of end-to-end business processes.
• Support development of training and onboarding materials aligned to approved processes.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives while staying current on industry trends and regulations.

Requirements:

• 10+ years construction; 5+ in semiconductor/advanced manufacturing
• Expertise in cleanrooms, HVAC, electrical, and high-purity systems
• Knowledge of SEMI, IEST, OSHA standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Preferred: Procore, BIM 360, Primavera P6, ACC
• Self-driven; able to lead SME sessions, document processes, and travel between sites

Preferences:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with global semiconductor clients or EPC firms
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA 30, LEED AP)

 

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
