Join the R & R Breakfast Spot team as a Food Prep Kitchen member! In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing delicious breakfast dishes that our customers love. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes and standards.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure quality dishes.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to streamline food preparation.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain workflow.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
- Help with inventory management and waste reduction practices.
- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment is a plus.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
- Attention to detail is required.
- Schedule starts anywhere from 7-9am and ends anywhere from 3:30 - 4:30
