Service plumbers are paid on a commission basis.Why join our team:We care for our employees' well-being and structure our company so that our front-line employees are rewarded appropriately for their hard work.Uncapped pay potentialMedical, prescription, dental, vision insuranceDisability and term life insuranceMatching 401(k)Ongoing training & development and growth opportunitiesPaid holidaysPaid time off (PTO)What you will do:Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issuesExecute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issuesPerform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issuesProvide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customersInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixturesEnsure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulationsInteract professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand plumbing concerns and solutionsProvide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfactionMaintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completedEducate customers on best practices for their plumbing systemsAdhere to company safety protocols and proceduresAttend appropriate safety training as required by the companyWho you are:1-5 years plumbing experience preferredPlumbing degree, license, or apprenticeshipCurrent plumbing certification as required by stateFamiliarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issuesStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixturesGood communication and interpersonal skillsPay rate:$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearWho we are:We are a family-owned and operated company with a small business feel but large business size, growth, and stability.
