In this role, you will provide expert-level technical support for our cutting‑edge energy storage systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for our clients and partners, bridging the gap between them and our internal engineering and sales teams to deliver seamless solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide first‑class remote and on‑site technical support for Pytes energy storage products (including batteries, inverters, and energy management software), resolving configuration, connectivity, and performance issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems by analyzing system data, logs, and customer‑reported symptoms. Manage and prioritize support tickets via our CRM system, ensuring timely and effective resolution within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development teams to communicate customer feedback, report potential bugs, and contribute to product improvement. Develop and maintain in‑depth technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides tailored for the local market. Conduct product training and technical presentations for customers, distributors, and internal teams as needed. Stay current with local grid codes, regulations, and installation standards relevant to the Romanian energy storage market. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field. Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in technical support, field service, or engineering, preferably within the solar PV, energy storage, or power systems industry. Strong practical understanding of electrical systems, lithium‑ion battery technology, and inverter/converter principles. Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in networked environments. Exceptional customer service orientation with outstanding problem‑solving and communication skills. Full professional proficiency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel within Romania for on‑site customer support when required.
