This is an entry-level role with a pay rate of $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. The Inventory Control Specialist will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager, Manufacturing team, Receiving team, and Warehouse Operations team to ensure inventory is accurate, organized, and available to support production and customer deliveries. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting manufacturing schedules, and ensuring materials move efficiently throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities Receiving and unloading incoming shipments Verifying received quantities and inspecting materials Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock locations Pulling and staging materials for manufacturing production orders Performing inventory transactions within the inventory management system Skills, Knowledge & Expertise High school diploma, GED, technical training, or equivalent experience preferred 0–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling preferred Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy Ability to follow processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistently Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership Experience with inventory systems, ERP software, or warehouse management systems is a plus Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, move inventory, and lift up to 50 pounds in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Why Work for Us?
