What you will have an opportunity to do:

Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for spa guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, and supporting the spa team with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments and manage spa booking software accurately.
• Process payments and handle transactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil reception area.
• Provide information on spa services, promotions, and products.
• Liaise with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist with retail sales and restocking displays as needed.
• Handle guest concerns or escalate them to the Spa Manager appropriately.

• Someone with or the ability to obtain a CPR and First Aide certification preferred
• Someone with an engaging and welcoming personality
• Someone with a strong attention to detail
• Someone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Someone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
• Someone with excellent communication skills
• Someone who can frequent bend, push/pull, and lifting/carrying of up to 30 lbs. and occasional lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs.
• Someone with a flexible schedule that allows them to work weekends and holidays

Compensation: $15 - $17
