The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Lot Attendant located at 1052 NY-22, Brewster NY, 10509..

The Lot Attendant works closely with Daily Rental, Remarketing, and Vehicle Acquisition to assist in managing the flow of the inventory lot to coordinate the movement of vehicles. This person will assist with the check-in, organization, tracking and management of the incoming and outgoing automotive inventory.


This pay for this position starts at $18.75 / hour based on a 40-hour workweek. Employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance.

• Monday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

Our Lot Attendant is responsible for the transporting of fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, as well as navigating written directions.

• General Responsibilities
  
  • Inspect deletes for damage in accordance with company guidelines using the Damage Evaluator tool
  • Ensuring all vehicles are accurately tracked
  • Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management.
  • Responsible for vehicle inventory (requires ability to work outside in various elements for extended periods of time)
  • Lot Organization- in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain and organize key of security measure
  • May act as the point of contact for the driver team on a daily basis
  • Move vehicles to dealerships, cars to repair shops or out town trips.
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned to include accurately gather and input data into the company's internal computer system
  Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:
  • Limited to light physical effort is required including the handling of average-weight objects (up to 10 pounds).
  • Generally requires a great deal of standing for long periods of time, walking, and bending.
  • Requires the ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Requires some flexibility in working hours.

Qualifications

• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted US driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from our company for an employment based work permit or other work authorization document now or in the future
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes from this location
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
