Position Summary Registered Nurse (RN) at The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation. Key Responsibilities Overall direction and supervision of all patient care during your shift. Work independently with the ability to administer immunotherapy and chemotherapy as prescribed. Administer IV therapy as prescribed by MD. Perform adequate patient assessments prior to medication administration. Lead and coordinate patient care tasks with LPNs and other team members. Promote teamwork with physicians and personnel in other departments. Perform other duties as assigned. Opportunity to work in surrounding clinics. Education and Experience Graduate from an accredited professional nursing school. Two or more years of experience as an RN is preferred but not required. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Licensure and Certifications RN licensed and in good standing in the state of employment. Maintain current BLS certification throughout employment; BLS required upon hire. ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy certification required within 3 months of hire. ACLS preferred; ONC preferred. Job Type Full‑time Compensation Pay range for hourly teammates: $40—$47 USD #J-18808-Ljbffr
