Growth GM: Ecommerce & Marketing Leader (Remote LATAM)
AGS Youth Soccer Club
HoopStars is seeking a hands-on General Manager / Marketing Team Lead with a focus on ecommerce growth and profitability. You will split time between running HoopStars and building the parent Community Sports Partners marketing team across brands, operating remotely from LATAM with Toronto hours and possible future relocation to the US or Canada.
You should drive paid acquisition, optimize conversions, manage budgets, and lead a small team of marketers and agencies to deliver consistent customer
