Senior Physician RecruiterOur client is looking for a Sr. Physician Recruiter. You will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting Physicians for various healthcare institutes. Besides, you should also be able to visit various clinics and institutes to understand their hiring requirements. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies and plans.As a Physician Recruiter, you should be able to screen candidates and conduct the initial interview. Also, you should be able to assist the candidates with any of their queries. Moreover, you should be familiar with various recruiting tools and software. You should also be able to develop a recruiting budget and maintain a record of the same.To be successful at the job role, you should have complete knowledge of various recruitment practices and procedures. In addition to this, you should display good networking and presentation skills. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be highly advantageous.ResponsibilitiesAssisting in hiring Physicians for various healthcare institutes and organizationsPreparing and implementing effective recruitment plans and strategiesScreening and interviewing candidatesDetermining the candidates suitability for the jobParticipating and networking at recruiting events, conferences, and job fairsCommunicating with various Physicians to understand their hiring needsAnalyzing and maintaining all details of the recruitment budgetAssisting the candidates with any of their queriesCoordinating day-to-day recruiting activitiesScheduling interviews and informing the team involved about the sameRequirementsBachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related fieldProven work experience as a Physician Recruiter, HR Recruiter, or a similar role in the Human Resources departmentFamiliarity with recruiting softwareComplete knowledge of recruitment practices and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent networking and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsOr refer someone recruiterboom
