Night Shift Critical Care RN - Leadership & Mentorship

OhioHealth is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care to patients and families across the continuum in diverse, acute care settings. The RN is accountable for nursing practice as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing and will delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, plus participating in rounding and process improvements to enhance clinical quality and #J-18808-Ljbffr OhioHealth
