A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Order Management Specialist. Position type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 6 months, possible extension. Location: Minneapolis, MN 55420.

About the Role: We are looking for an Order Management Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and enjoys being the bridge between customers and business operations. In this role, you'll own the customer journey from order placement to resolution, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care.

What You'll Bring:

• 57 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or a related B2B operations environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven ability to manage customer interactions with confidence and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent time-management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
• Hands-on experience with MS Outlook, data entry systems, and other business applications.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information about products, services, and order status.
• Take ownership of customer concerns, resolving service and billing-related issues through refunds, adjustments, order corrections, or other appropriate actions.
• Proactively engage with customers regarding inquiries, investigation outcomes, claim resolutions, and planned account adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns that require further investigation.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by balancing operational excellence with a customer-first mindset.

Pay Range*: $25.00 - $27.47 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
