Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote and utilizes a telehealth platform to reach patients effectively. Our flexible work environment encourages collaboration among team members through digital communication tools, enabling a supportive and engaging workplace. Our structured schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, while offering some flexibility to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique experiences, challenges, and needs, thereby creating a foundation for personalized treatment plans.

  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a range of mental health concerns, fostering resilience and promoting overall well-being among participants.

Compensation and Benefits\n
