Job Opportunity: Full-Time CRNAs

Our organization is excited to announce openings for full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our dedicated team at Samaritan Hospital located in Troy, New York. We invite you to become a part of our hospital-employed CRNA team!

• Work Schedule: Options for 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• On-Call Requirements: 26 weekday shifts annually, 2 weekends per year, and 1 of 6 holidays each year
• Surgical Specialties: General Surgery, Obstetrics, Bariatrics, Vascular, Urology, Orthopedics, and Thoracic procedures
• Electronic Medical Records: Utilization of Epic system

Our organization provides a competitive salary and benefits package that includes:

• Base Salary: $272,280, with additional shift differentials
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other cash compensation applicable to the role.
• Providers typically receive a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance along with other benefits from their medical group employer.
• This salary range is compliant with state regulations and may vary based on the factors mentioned above.
• Full-Time Equivalent (FTE): 1840 hours
• CME Time: 6 weeks (240 hours) allocated for CME activities

We offer a substantial full-time bonus totaling $100,000, distributed as follows:

• Initial bonus: $25,000
• After 6 months: $50,000
• Year 2: $25,000
• Year 3: Quality bonus of $10,000

• CME Allowance: $2,500 in accordance with SPHPMA policy
• Loan Repayment: Our institution is recognized as an eligible employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
