Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients of all ages and acuities
- Manage ventilated patients, including assessment, ventilator setting adjustments, suctioning, and monitoring
- Administer inhaled therapies and medications per physician orders; perform arterial blood gas sampling and related diagnostics
- Document care, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team; ensure equipment safety and infection control
- Deliver neonatal and pediatric respiratory care as part of the patient care plan; participate in rounds and care planning

Requirements
- Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license (DORA-RT) in good standing
- RRT credential required; CRT not accepted
- Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy Program
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (AAP) certifications
- Neonatal and pediatric respiratory care experience required
- Ability to work in an acute care setting on a 3x12-hour rotating schedule with weekend rotations
