Compensation: Built for Top Producers

Aggressive Commission Structure

Temporary / Contract Staffing (Weekly Gross Profit):

• 20% on first $10K GP/month

• 30% on $10K–$25K

• 40% on $25K+

Direct Hire (Placement Fees):

• 30% up to $50K billed

• 40% on $50K–$100K

• 50% on $100K+

Fast-Start Incentives

• $1,000 bonus for your first placement within 30 days

• $2,000 bonus when you reach breakeven by Day 60

• +5% commission accelerator on all deals after breakeven in your first 90 days

• Draw or transition support available for the right candidate

What You'll Do

• Build and grow your own Accounting & Finance recruiting desk

• Develop client relationships with CFOs, Controllers, and business leaders

• Recruit and place talent across:

  • Accounting (Staff to Controller level)

  • Finance (Analysts, FP&A, Leadership)

  • A/P, A/R, Payroll, and more

• Own the full lifecycle: business development to recruitment to placement

• Drive revenue and scale your book of business
