We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead plant engineering and maintenance operations at our Tolleson, Arizona manufacturing facility. In this critical role, you will supervise maintenance and engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations, while supporting continuous improvement, cost control, and long‑term equipment reliability.
