Sr. Manager Change Mgmt. & Training
Johnson & Johnson
Senior Manager leading change management and training initiatives for ERP and supply chain systems implementations across global Johnson & Johnson operations. Responsible for organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training delivery to ensure successful platform adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end change management plans for ERP and supply chain system implementations
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and identify risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies
- Design stakeholder engagement frameworks and drive alignment across key business discussions
- Partner with process leads and SMEs to develop business readiness and cutover plans for platform migration
- Design and deliver training curriculum while tracking effectiveness and driving continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in change management, training, or transformation supporting enterprise initiatives
- Proven experience leading global change and training efforts for enterprise systems like ERP
- Expertise in organizational readiness assessments and change impact analysis
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across functional teams
- Experience developing comprehensive training curriculum and measuring effectiveness
