Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitative care on a 13-week contract. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions to improve mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients' physical conditions and establish appropriate treatment plans.

  Administer therapeutic procedures and exercises tailored to individual patient needs.

  Document patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  Educate patients and their families on treatment goals and at-home exercises.

  Maintain compliance with all facility policies, including identification and safety requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid state or federal identification required for facility access.
  
  
• 
  Current license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in rehabilitative therapy with diverse patient populations.

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
