Delivering an experience that’s magnetic, quietly bold, and unmistakably West Hollywood.We value U.S. military experience and invite all qualified military candidates to apply.**Overview**Plan and manage the Restaurant and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage.### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Manage the human resources within the division. Direct and oversee recruitment and development of employees.* Develop, recommend, implement, and manage the division’s annual budget, business/marketing plan, forecast and objectives to meet/exceed management expectations.* Implement and manage all company programs to ensure compliance with SOPs; to include safety and sanitary regulations, and all federal, state, and local regulations to ensure optimal levels of quality service and hospitality are provided to the guests.* Market the Food and Beverage outlets; develop and manage the implementation of menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations, and presentations within corporate guidelines to capture more in-house guests and a larger share of the local market to meet/exceed sales and financial goals and objectives.* Manage the maintenance/sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment in the hotel to protect the asset.* Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.* Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.**Qualifications and Skills*** At least five years of management experience in Food and Beverage operations.* Bachelor’s degree preferred.* Hotel experience preferred.* Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food and beverage hospitality profession.* Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex situations.* Ability to stand and move throughout the hotel and continuously perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.* Effective verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.**Compensation**Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 Annually### ### ## **Benefits**HEI Hotels and Resorts is committed to providing a comprehensive benefit program that offers you choices for your physical, mental and financial wellness, creating value in your most important investment - you!
