Location: Columbus, OH 43228
Pay: $19/hour
Start ASAP
Must have troubleshooting or technical support experience
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Mandatory OT up to 2 hours/day during peak season
Potential future hours through 8:00 PM EST and rotating weekends
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Troubleshoot equipment and generator issues
Guide customers through solutions with professionalism and empathy
Document customer interactions and resolutions
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Technical troubleshooting experience or aptitude preferred
Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and patience
Work Environment
Average 70-100 customer contacts per day (calls and emails)
Peak season: 35-45 calls/day
Slow season: 25-35 calls/day
